Cellular uses a smoke powder to give a texture to the colour, whilst the apparent random ‘cells’ work to form a solid piece. With larger clear section allowing the viewer to see beyond the immediate piece.

Each individual cell is hand formed in the glass blowing studio before being cast in the kiln. Once the casting process is complete, Charlie hand polishes the glass to achieve the desired effect.
